Program members receive one "mile", or point, for every dollar they spend with Network F.O.B*.  Members can redeem these miles for a variety of awards - any item(s) from Home Depot or Best Buy!!

On Time Guarantee

Many of our clients have very time critical crew appointments for shipments and/or deliveries.  We do everything in our power to ensure you have your truck when you are counting on it.  But there are those rare occassions when a truck is delayed for no explainable reason which we understand can end up costing you in manpower and resources.  Network FOB, Inc is the only company I know of that offers an on time guarantee!

In the event a truck is over two hours late to a time critical appointment for pick up or delivery, a claim can be submitted to Network FOB for verifyable costs that you incurred after two hours beyond the scheduled pick up or delivery appointment, provided you informed the Network FOB agent of the time sensitivity of the shipment when you booked the load.  The maximum amount that can be claimed is $500.00.   Claims can not be made for delays beyond the control of the truck driver such as unsafe driving conditions, acts of God, mechanical break downs to equipment, or excessive traffic conditions, road closures, or detours.
